Does this really cost us nothing?
Yes. We own, install, and maintain the Smart Vending Machine ourselves. There's no purchase price, lease fee, or maintenance cost to the business hosting it.
What do we need to provide?
Just the floor space and a standard outlet. The machine connects over its own cellular network, so there's no need to use your Wi-Fi or run an Ethernet line. Delivery, setup, stocking, and upkeep are all on us.
How often are machines restocked?
Every machine has built-in software that tracks inventory in real time, so we know when something's running low before it becomes a problem, not just on a fixed schedule. If something unexpected comes up between visits, you can always reach out directly and we'll come sooner.
What if the machine breaks down?
Contact us and we'll get it repaired as quickly as possible. Since we own the equipment, keeping it running is on us, not you.
Is there a minimum space requirement?
Not much. The Smart Vending Machine measures about 32" wide by 29" deep by 83" tall, plus a bit of clearance for the door to swing open, and it needs a standard grounded outlet nearby. What matters most beyond that is steady foot traffic. During the free walkthrough, we'll tell you honestly whether your space is a good fit.
How long does it take to get a machine installed?
Our first machines will be ready to place starting late October 2026. Once that initial batch is placed, new machines typically take about 2-3 weeks to arrive from the manufacturer. We'll let you know exactly where you stand as soon as you reach out.
